When I toured this home, it immediately met ALL the items on my must-have list! It seemed providential! My mom had purchased a Richmond American townhome years ago and I remember the high quality, so I went into this experience expecting the same. I was not disappointed. The sales rep, John, was the icing on the cake! He made the entire process so smooth and pleasant! I love my new home!
