The sales team, the construction team, the subcontractors, the design team, everyone is on point in this organization. We got a great home with no issues at a reasonable price. Looking at several builders in the Boise area, the quality and finishes were just not at the same quality as KB. I watch home inspection videos on You Tube frequently and seeing what is found made me want to hire someone to check out if what I was seeing and experiencing was just surface level. What was found was a handful of small items that were easily remedied by the builder. KB is building the best product in the ...
