Great experience and can’t wait to buy again

I had been faithfully checking the Highland Homes website admiring the beautiful homes after visiting the model several years ago. I previously was interested in the 218 floor plan but switched my preference to the 216 plan after seeing the upgrades. Now that I'm in my house, I am very grateful that I've been blessed with such a beautiful home for my family and I to enjoy for many years to come. I love everything about this house. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hector and Dakota at Highland Homes! Hector helped us find the perfect lot and design the home exactly to our liking. Dakota was extremely proactive and responsive throughout the entire building process. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed and corrected if necessary. Even after we closed and moved in, Dakota made himself available to ensure we knew the ins and out of the new home. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and set the tone for a positive experience. Morgan, the sales manager, was responsive and helpful with any questions I had or when I needed assistance. She made the process feel smooth and stress-free. My construction manager for the second half of my build journey, Giovanni, was professional and easy to work with. He kept everything running efficiently and communicated all updates with me in a timely manner to make sure my home was built with care and attention to detail. Highland homes designs some of the best homes in highland. We bought a 65 foot lot with the one story home. The design is so grand from the entry you walk down this awesome hallway into a great room that includes large kitchen, keeping, dinning and living room with 14 foot ceilings!!!! The materials and finishes are all high quality. Our project manager Charles walked us through the entire process and made sure everything was done the way it should be. Every new home will have some issues or things that may not be completed correctly. We had very little issues and mostly just cosmetic. My wife & I have been in our home for a little over 2 months now and still marvel at how beautiful it is! Highland, and David B. with Highland, have been great throughout the process. From planning, build, closing, and follow-up, he's been our ally throughout the process doing whatever it takes to ensure everything goes smoothly. The communication, pictures, etc. were all very much appreciated, especially with us living 5 hours away during the construction process.

City to the Suburbs When we first started looking for a new home we weren’t expecting to fall for our Highland Home the way we did. We honestly were just entertaining the idea of moving from the city to the suburbs but the home was so amazing. We are satisfied with out home buying experience.

We had a great experience from time we walked into the model home. The sale personnel was wonderful and very informed about the home and the future of neighborhood. The builder was outstanding. He answered all questions and made many changes that we ask for and still made closing date. They made sure we were informed and our dream home was a huge success. The most important thing which never happens is that they have been engaged since closing making sure we had all we needed. Highland Homes is outstanding and caring. They are in this for the home owner happiest.

David was such a great and responsive project manager from the beginning of structural selections to the closing walkthrough appointments. He explained everything thoroughly at our appointments and during the final walkthrough the house. He was able to send extra pictures and videos of our house throughout the phases and super flexible with our out-of-state schedule. He was very friendly and easy to work with by communicating through text/phone calls. David addressed all of our concerns and requests after we closed.
