Builder's driving directions
From Raleigh: Take Hwy 70 towards Garner to 401. Follow 401 into Fuquay Varina and make a right on Sunset Lake Rd. Follow for about 1 1/2 miles and turn right at the 2nd entrance to Ballentine Farms on S. McLaurin. Stay straight to the large oak tree at the round-a-bout. Circle around and make a right on Maizefield Lane. From 40 East/West: Take US 1 South towards Sanford. Take the Ten Ten Rd. Exit. At the top of the exit turn right. Stay straight following Ten Ten Rd. to Kildaire Farm Rd. Turn right on Kildaire Farm Rd. At the end of the road, make a right onto Holly Springs Rd. At first stoplight, turn left onto Sunset Lake Rd. Follow for about 5-7 miles and turn left into Ballentine Farms onto S. McLaurin. Stay straight to the large oak tree at the round-a-bout. Circle around and make a right on Maizefield Lane.
