Summerwood 70'

Summerwood encompasses over 1,500 acres, and will be home to approximately 3,200 families. Inside the community, there are three stocked lakes for catch and release fishing, a 6,500 square foot Community Center with Junior Olympic pool and childrens wading pool, changing facilities, lounge chairs, complete fitness center, lighted tennis courts, and miles of nature and hiking trails, as well as nature reserves.
