Spring Pines

Spring Pines boasts a quiet country side location less than two miles from Old Town Spring, a favorite destination for Houston area residents. Old Town Spring’s turn-of-the-century setting features more than 150 shops, restaurants and vendors. Yearly festivals are highly attended drawing visitors from all over Texas. The Woodland Town Center is less than 10 minutes from Spring Pines. The land plan for Spring Pines gives residents added privacy and security starting with its one-way-in, one-way-out main boulevard. While cul-de-sac streets give homeowners the opportunity to own a larger home site (typically 50 –ft. by 110 to 55-ft by 115), they also eliminate drive through traffic. All the streets have sidewalks and curbside mailboxes, and some of the home sites in Spring Pines back up to preserve. Spring Pines is about two miles from I-45 North and Hardy Toll Road. Students attend Winship Elementary, Twin Creek Middle School and Spring High School in the Spring Independent School District. Residents enjoy a low tax rate of $3.07 per $100 before homestead.
