Lake Havasu’s newest gated community is located at 3508 Kearsage Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ. With only 32 Luxury detached Villas being built, River Ranch at Havasu, LLC offers you a unique lifestyle in your own private gated community. Wide streets, rounded curbs, a long, off-street entrance (where you & your boat are not sticking out in the street) and abundant turn-around space are just some of the special considerations that has been made to facilitate boating and maneuvering. The actual garage doors on each home are 18ft. wide which makes it easy to park your boat or toys in a 37’deep space; this garage was thoughtfully designed with the boater in mind. An impressive entrance highlights the community with large wrought iron gates that automatically open to welcome you and your guests. A community pool and an outdoor pavilion with bathrooms and shower provides for fun in the sun. All landscaping is included with your Villa, and maintenance is taken care of by the homeowners association. The Homeowners Association monthly fee is approximately $140. The floor plan of each fully detached single family home consists of 2 stories with the ground level featuring 2 bedrooms ( kids and guests downstairs!!!!!!), a full bathroom with tub/shower, laundry area, closets and of course the large two car Boat deep garage.
