Where is the crossroad of yesterday and tomorrow?... Today. Riverdale is a community designed for today in an area where the past and future come together beautifully. Riverdale is located off of the historic corridor of Beatles Ford Rd. in western Huntersville. Many homesteads and plantations were situated throughout the area for many generations. The upscale communities now dotting the landscape are quite different from the first homes of the area, but remembering those roots and protecting the unique natural setting that first attracted families to the area is at the heart of the changes. Great care is also taken in designing the community to sustain and nurture the many new families that will call it home. Prices shown are preliminary and subject to change
