Watercolors

Watercolors is a completely maintenance free condominium community. We take care of everything outside your home. Watercolors features a clubhouse with a large, richly appointed social room with gas log fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable connection, kitchen area with dishwasher, oven and microwave, fully-equipped fitness center with television, gas barbeque grill and heated swimming pool. We offer a personal trainer that you can book for a one on one exercise session or join her and your other neighbors for a Yoga/Pilates class. Watercolors has sidewalks throughout the community for you to enjoy walking. You will also take pleasure in the three water fountains complete with colored lights throughout Watercolors.
