Terracotta

The new home community of Terracotta in Chula Vista offers two-story homes ranging from 1,577 to 2,010 square feet, with three to five bedrooms. Terracotta's courtyard homes have front porches as the most prominent feature of the homes. This replaces oversized garages that have been moved to the rear of the house. What is unusual is that each of the four homes is accessed by an alley that leads from the street to individual garages in the back. The layout creates a pedestrian paseo, or promenade, surrounded by lush landscaping that meanders through the community, free of traffic. There are five floor plans available in California, Mission, Tuscan, Craftsman, Traditional California and Monterey architectural styles.
