The community will offer over 4 miles of walking trails, 23 acres of park areas offering a picnic shelter, community playground, 3 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 soccer fields, softball field, sand volleyball court and swimming pool with bath house. The community provides easy access to food, shopping, downtown Indianapolis, the Indianapolis International Airport and all the amenities that Indianapolis has to offer, with a more relaxed atmosphere. The Settlement is located within the Avon school system.
