The Chanslor Place

Blythe, California, is on the border between California and Arizona, midway between Los Angeles and Phoenix, along the I-10 Freeway. The Chanslor Place is located in an established neighborhood approximately two miles west of the Colorado River. Families flock to the river to relax, enjoy water sports, or even hunt and fish. The nearby Mojave and Sonora deserts are also waiting to be explored on foot, horseback or all terrain vehicle. Freedom Communities is currently in the process of building 126 single family residence homes on 39 acres in a four phase project. The first phase of 10 homes is completed and homeowners moved in, and phase two is currently under construction with 60% pre-sold. These one and two story homes will range in size from approximately 1,374 to 3,300 square feet with three to six bedrooms, up to 4 1/2 baths and prices start in the $200,000’s. Our homes will feature energy efficient design, desirable amenities and side yards large enough for RV parking. The Chanslor Place homes have met and exceeded the California Building Energy standards(Title 24) set by the California Energy Commission.
