Sawgrass Townhome @ Stoneybrook South

Stoneybrook South is an approximately 917 acre master planned community located in the southwest Osceola County, Florida. This new homes community is currently planned to include 3200 residential homes as well as an 18-hole golf course, a golf clubhouse, a community recreation center, fire station, parks, an Elementary school, and preserved wetlands. The Stoneybrook South community is located East of US Hwy 27 north and South of Tricounty Road, West of the Champions Gate Golf Resort and North of Ronald Regan Highway (CR54). The main Stoneybrook South entrance, planned to be located of US Highway 27, will feature lush tropical landscaping and a guardhouse. Just inside the entrance to the community, Stoneybrook South will feature a recreational center. The preliminary plans call for a clubhouse with fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, tot lot and volleyball court. In addition to the recreational center, the Community is planned to include a public 18-hole golf course, putting green, driving range and a clubhouse.
