Tanglewood Preserve

The first phase of Tanglewood Preserve consists of 242 home sites, most on conservation or ponds and many oversized. Richmond's homes here range from approximately 1800 to 2950 square feet. You can select from three or four bedroom plans, all with two car garages. Both one and two story plans are available to choose from, some with bonus rooms.
