Mediterranean at Ironwood Crossing

The Mediterranean is the middle series at Ironwood Crossing. It spans from almost 1800 square feet to almost 3800 square feet. We have just added 6 brand new floorplans that all have 4 car garages. Check out the Algiers and Corsica floorplans with 4 car garages. The Panormus is the new version of our popular Sienna model, this time with 2423 square feet and a three car garage, with a split master, with huge pantry all on a single level. One of the great features in the series is the ability to add a dual master for returing colloege students or aging parents. By selecting these options they can obtain added privacy all under one roof. The Monaco can be configured anywhere from 5 to 9 bedrooms. At Mediterranean at Ironwood we model the Barcelona, Panormus w/ super garage, Cannes w/ super garage, the Santorini, and the Corsica (with optional en suite instead of the 4th bay at Garage).
